The two separately accessible apartments (3-room apartment and 2-room apartment) with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms each with dining area, sofas and TV and 2 fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet/shower as well as direct access to the outdoor area with seating. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. The massive construction and a modern "Olympia Splendid Bi2 AIR" air conditioning system ensure a constantly pleasant indoor climate in all rooms.
Both living rooms lead onto the large, fully equipped terrace and offer a wonderful view of the pool and the sea in the shade of the pergolas. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger in the outdoor area.
