Villa Levantes is located in a quiet area in the southeast of the Cyclades island of Paros and is easily accessible by car, taxi or the regional bus from the airport and the seaport. Everything you need for a carefree vacation is nearby and within easy walking distance. There are also beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and taverns within 400 metres. A car is useful but not absolutely necessary and can be rented by the day for excursions and other activities.

In the immediate vicinity is the easily walkable, family-friendly sandy beach Logaras, where you can eat and drink well directly by the sea. Right next door is the beautiful Cycladic village of Marpissa, the unknown beauty with its white houses, narrow car-free streets, windmills and churches, inviting you for a walk. Also easily accessible is the small fishing port of Piso Livadi with a variety of highly recommended tavernas and the small, wind-protected sandy beach, ideal for splashing around with small children. For a club feeling, Pounda Beach is also within walking distance.

The coastal road surrounds the entire island and ensures easy access to the most beautiful places on Paros. In only 20 minutes by car you can reach the two towns of Parikia and Naussa. If you love nightlife, you will like the many restaurants and bars. The route is also served by the regional bus during the season — with a stop near the house — and the night bus offers a convenient way to return home.
